Algorisms Run Amok
I realize that "algorism" already has a defined meaning related to mathematics (I don't mean the more commonly used, "algorithm") but I think a new meaning could easily be applied to any attempt to conjure a "problem" with the ultimate goal of increasing government income and power. Al Gore and his devout followers have certainly tried their best to use the fluctuations in climate that occur naturally over time to fork in mega-bucks and increase the authority of the state over private activity -- just one example of a common scenario in political con-artistry.
There are currently too many algorisms running amok to keep one free and prosperous.
